What does Licensed Clearance Warehouse sell?

Can I collect from Licensed Clearance Warehouse?
We allow the collection of items bought via our eBay store from our Bayswater Showroom during office hours (Monday and Friday from 10am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 1pm). Please ensure you have purchased the item through eBay prior to collection as all our online stock has been itemised for inventory. If you have paid through eWAY, PayPal or direct bank deposit we recommend you bring a print out of your payment to avoid any confusion.
What is the Licensed Clearance Warehouse payment policy?
Our eBay store accepts Visa and MasterCard via eWAY, PayPal or direct bank deposit for all Australian orders and PayPal (only) for all International orders. We accept both cash and credit card (via EFTPOS) at our Bayswater Showroom.
How are my items posted?
We endeavour to post all orders within one (1) business day after confirmation of payment has been received via Australia Post. If your parcel arrives bent or torn you should immediately go to your local Post Office and lodge a complaint as we always ship our items in perfect condition. And please check the date stamp on the parcel (to work out when the item was sent) before posting a complaint about slow service.
Does Licensed Clearance Warehouse have a return policy?
All our items are covered by a thirty (30) day money back guarantee if you are not 100% satisfied. Simply email us for postage return details and your reason why the item is being returned for a replacement or a full refund on your purchase price plus shipping.
