What does LCW sell?
Our Bayswater Showroom and our eBay Store stock a range of Official Licensed Merchandise including The Simpsons, Rolling Stones, Family Guy, AFL, Victoria Bitter, Jim Beam, Coca-Cola, Hustler, Ford, Holden, Playboy, Jack Daniel's, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Run DMC, Guinness, AC/DC, Cougar Bourbon, Carlton Draught, Pink Floyd, etc.

Can I collect from LCW?
We allow the collection of items bought via our eBay Store from our Bayswater Showroom during office hours (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10am to 4pm). Please ensure you have purchased the item through our eBay Store prior to collection as all our online stock has been itemised for inventory. If you have paid through PayPal or direct bank deposit we recommend you bring a print out of your payment to avoid any confusion.

What is the LCW payment policy?
Our eBay Store accepts PayPal or direct bank deposit for all Australian orders and PayPal (only) for all International orders. Presently we only accept cash at our Bayswater Showroom (we are in the process of applying for a PayPal Virtual Terminal to facilitate credit card payments).

How are my items posted?
We endeavour to post all orders within two (2) business days after confirmation of payment has been received. If your parcel arrives bent or torn you should immediately go to your local Post Office and lodge a complaint as we ALWAYS ship our items in perfect condition. And PLEASE check the date stamp on the parcel (to work out when the item was sent) before posting a feedback complaint about slow service.

Does LCW have a return policy?
All our items are covered by a seven (7) to fourteen (14) day money back guarantee if you are not 100% satisfied. Simply email us for postage return details and your reason why the item is being returned for a replacement or a full refund on your purchase price.

How do I contact LCW?

What if I have a problem?
We aim to ensure the order is to your satisfaction, however, if you do have a problem with an item please get in touch with us via our eBay -Ask a question- link and we will be more then happy to help.

Did you know?
If an eBay seller receives more than a few -Detailed Seller Ratings- of less than 3 OUT OF 5 they will be significantly penalised. You may think that you are leaving a reasonable rating by giving a Detailed Seller Rating of 2 OR 3 but eBay's feedback system treats anything less than a 3 as substandard and penalises sellers TO THE POINT WERE THEY MAY BE FORCED TO CLOSE THEIR EBAY SHOP COMPLETELY.
